Place the ingredients in the basin in the order indicated. Place ingredients indicated by
(2) in the corresponding dispenser. Choose the correct programme, weight of bread,
set the level of browning and press START.
Brioche

Whipped eggs 75 gm 100 gm 150 gm

Soak raisins in dark rum overnight. Before you start preparing the kulich, throw the raisins in a strainer
and allow the rum to trickle o. Save the rum. Whip the ingredients indicated by (*) together with the
rest of the rum in a separate bowl. Pour the mix in the container and add the ingredients indicated by
(**) in the order indicated. Place the ingredients in the basin indicated. Place ingredients indicated by
(1) and (2) in the corresponding dispensers. Choose the correct programme, weight, set the level of
browning and press START. Remove the nished kulich from the mould and allow it to cool on a rack.
