Standards information:
Upper operating pressure limit: 80 kPa (12 psi).
Maximum safety pressure limit: 170 kPa (25 psi).
Compatible heat sources
• The pressure cooker can be used on all
heat sources, except on Aga cookers.
• When using an electric hob or induction, make sure that
the size of the hot plate does not exceed the size of the
pressure cooker base.
• On a ceramic or halogen hob, always make sure that the
pressure cooker base is clean and dry.
• On a gas hob, the flame should not lick past the diameter
of the pressure cooker base.
