The cleaning cloth might be too dirty or wet (disconnect the power and replace it). The cloth may have residue from washing powder (use liquid detergent instead). For areas with old stains or grease, use detergent beforehand. It could also be residue from previous detergent use, requiring multiple cleaning passes.
