Follow this process to update the product software on your instrument.
1. Download the AWG5200 Series product software installation package available on the Tektronix web site. The installation
package contains:

2. Install the AWG5200 Series product software following all on-screen prompts.
Other applications or plug-ins can be similarly upgraded.
Tektronix recommends to always upgrade to the current version of product software available.
