Arguments
<NR3> specifies the setup time for setup and hold violation triggering.
SEARCH:SEARCH<x>:TRIGger:A:SETHold:THReshold:CH<x>
Sets or returns the trigger search setup and hold lower threshold to d etermine
where to place a mark. Search<x> is the search numbe r, which is always 1.
CH<x> is the channel number.
