FLAg? (Query Only)
Returns the pass/fail status from the last self-test sequence exec ution. U se this
query to determine which test(s) has failed.

Returns
PASS indicates that all of the selected self (diagnostic) tests have passed.
FAIL indicates that at leas t one of the selected self (diagnostic) tests has failed.
Examples
DIAG:RESULT:FLAG? returns either DIAG:RESULT:FLAG PASS or FAIL.
DIAg:RESUlt:LOG? (Query Only)
Returns the internal results log from
the last self-test sequence execution. The
list contains all modules and module interfaces that were tested along with the
pass/fail status of each.
