life.Newlithium-ionbatteriesshouldbestoredinalocationwithambienttemperaturesbetween20ºCto38ºC/70ºto
100ºFata40%stateofchargeorlower.Afteruse,batteriescanbestoredathigherchargelevels.Afteralongerperiod
ofstorage,werecommendrechargingofbatteriespriortobeingplacedbackintoserviceoruse.Batteriesstoredincold
environmentsmayneedtobestabilizedwithinnormaltemperaturerangespriortorecharginganduse.Batteriescanbe
replacedwhentheyarenolongercapableofholding80%oftheiroriginalcapacity.Usersshouldconsiderhowfrequently
anoldbatteryisrechargedcomparedtowhenitwasnew.Werecommendthatyoucheckwithyourrepresentativeifyou
needfurtherdetails.

n Whendiscardingbatteries,insulatethe+and-terminalsofbatterieswithinsulating/mask-
ingtape.Donotputmultiplebatteriesinthesameplasticbag.
n Whenimproperlydisposed,lithiumbatteriesmayshortcircuit,causingthemtobecome
hot,burstorignite.
n Storeinacoollocation.Keepbatteriesawayfromdirectsunlight,hightemperature,and
highhumidity.
n Donotthrowbatteriesintofire.
