Why can't the temperature lock be achieved or maintained in my Teledyne Princeton Instruments Sophia-XO Digital Camera?

If the Teledyne Digital Camera experiences a temperature lock issue, ensure the temperature setpoint is at the default of –80°C. If the ambient temperature is above +23°C, cool the environment or raise the set temperature. Check for obstructions around the vented covers, ensuring about 2” [50.8 mm] of clearance. Also, inspect hoses for kinks and correct them. Verify and add coolant if the level is low, or if there's air in the hoses. For a non-working circulator pump, turn it off and contact Customer Support. Reposition the circulator lower than the camera. Power down the camera to correct thermal-overload conditions. If the vacuum has deteriorated, contact Customer Support.
