The system may not be communicating with the camera. Ensure the Teledyne Digital Camera is turned ON and that the USB 2.0 interface card, its driver, and the USB cable are properly installed. Close the WinX application and turn the camera OFF. Follow the interface card installation instructions, and check all cable connections.
