Tip:
To mute an incoming call without rejecting it, press the right / / / keys.
h During a call, press the left key to see available options:
Connect to BT headset Connect to a Bluetooth
®
device.
Add new call Put current call on hold and switch to another incoming call. Press the
left key and select Hold & Answer to hold the rst call and answer
the second call. To hang up rst call and answer the second call, press
the left key and select Release & Answer. Go to Settings > Call
settings > Call waiting, you can activate or deactivate this feature.
However, this feature can be available or not, it depends also on the
Network operator and type of subscription.
Hold Put the current call on hold.
Start recording Record current call. After answering the call, press the left key and
scroll down to select Start recording. To stop the recording during the
conversation, press the left key again and scroll down to select
Stop recording. The recorded file will be stored in SD card or the
phone, to play it back, go to Multimedia > Audio player > Options >
Music list.
Mute Turn on/off microphone.
Adjust volume Adjust the volume higher/lower.
Contacts Access phone book. Making a call to a contact will place the ongoing
call on hold.
Call logs Access call history.
Messages Check, read, write and send messages while keeping the phone call
connected.
6.3 Using voicemail
1. To edit your voicemail number, go to Menu > Message > Voice mail.
2. Input the voicemail number with your keypad. Use the right key to delete digits and use the
left key to conrm the number.
3. Press and hold the key from the main screen to call your voicemail number.
6.4 Using sound proles
The sound Profiles menu allows for the personalization of the ring tone, key tone and dial tone.
You can also set the ring type, adjust ring volume and turn on & o low battery alert etc.
To set/edit sound proles, go to: Menu > Settings, scroll down to Profiles, use the / keys
to select a profile, press the left key to access Options, then scroll down to Settings, then
press the key again to activate the prole.
h To set ring tone of calls and messages, press the left key when a prole is highlighted.
Then, select settings followed by Ring settings by pressing the left or key, select Caller
ringtone or Message ringtone, press the left or key.
1. Press the left or key to select a pre-defined ringtone from Fixed ringtones.
2. Use the key to scroll down to More ringtones then press the left or key select audio
files stored in your SD card as a ring tone.
h You can adjust volume of incoming calls alerts, message ringtones, alarm and calender
ringtone, speech dial volume, etc. by selecting Adjust volume in the Proles menu.
