Run the channel search
Remember: don’t insert your CI+ module in your TV until step 4!
To find digital TV and radio channels on your TV, you must first tune to the
Telenet network.
• You can find step-by-step instructions at telenet.be/tvmeteenkaartje/
installeren for the most popular TV brands: LG, Loewe, Philips, Samsung
and Sony.
• Do you have a different brand TV? Press the Home or Menu button on your
remote control to go to your TV’s settings menu and enter the following
options and parameters:
When performing the scan, choose the following options:
• ‘Cable’, ‘digital cable’, ‘DVB-C’ or ‘Telenet’
• Manual
• Quick scan
• Digital
Enter the following network parameters:
• Network ID (choose the one applicable to your region)
Flanders: 22
Brussels: 12
• Frequency: 322000 kHz of 322 MHz
• Modulation: 256 QAM
• Symbol ratio: 6.875
Good to know:
It can take several minutes to scan all the channels. You should also know
that you may not have to enter all the parameters on your particular TV.
