PLAY THE ANNOUNCEMENT
Press MENU when the phone is not in use. And then press or to scroll to
ANS. MACHINE.
Press SELECT and or to scroll to TAM SETTINGS.
Press SELECT and or to scroll to OGM SETTINGS.
Press SELECT and or to scroll to ANS & REC.
Press SELECT and or to scroll to PLAYBACK. The handset displays
PLAYING OGM.
RECORD, PLAY OR DELETE MEMOS
Memos are your own recorded messages used as reminders for yourself or others
using the same answering system. You can record your own memos using a system
handset. Playback and delete them in the same way as incoming messages.
To record a memo:
Press MENU when the phone is not in use. And then press or to scroll to
ANS. MACHINE.
Press SELECT and or to scroll to MEMO.
Press SELECT and the handset displays RECORDING.
Press SELECT to conrm. And then the memo play automatically with the
handset displays PLAYING.
NUMBER Of RINGS
You can set the answering system to answer an incoming call after two, four, six or
eight rings; or time saver. With toll saver selected, the answering system answers
after two rings when you have new messages, or after four rings when you have
no new messages. This enables you to check for new messages and avoid paying
unnecessary long distance charges if you are calling from outside your local area.
