Ensure that the WAN port of the router obtains a public IP address before configuration.
Procedure:
Step 1 Log in to the GUI of the NVR.
Step 2 Configure the DDNS.
1. Navigate to Configuration > Network > DDNS.
2.
Enable the DDNS function.
3. Click the drop-down list to select ISP, which is Dyndns DDNS in this example.
4. Enter the applied domain name on the website of the ISP, which is jointnet.dyndns.org in
this example.
5. Enter the login user name and login password registered on the website of the DDNS ISP,
which are Tom-Jerry and tomjerry123456 in this example.
6. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
