Thoroughly clean the vehicle's rooftop around the location of the arrows on the glass for precise placement.
Use icons on footpads (5-8) to identify position and match with anti-abrasion tape (12-15) to roof areas.
Measure 310mm from the front edge of the glass top to accurately locate the front mounting arrows.
Measure 279mm from the rear edge of the glass top to accurately locate the rear mounting arrows.
Apply anti-abrasion tape (12) to the front driver side, aligning arrows and trim line. Repeat for other corners.
Use the clip tool (1) to carefully retract the rubber gasket at the designated arrow location.
Insert clip (11) with the clip tool (1) in place, ensuring it is engaged in the metal receiver.
Place footpads (5-8) over the clips, using icons for correct positioning on the vehicle's roof.
Ensure clips are aligned, then carefully place the front and rear crossbars (3-4) over the footpads.
Install wingnuts (10) and tighten with a hex wrench (2) to 8.0 +/- 1.0 Nm, ensuring no movement.
Use the key (9) to lock each tower and test crossbar security by pulling vigorously in all directions.
Attach the covers (16-17) to the crossbar towers, starting with the bottom edge and pressing the top into place.
