Cleaning the sensor
For cleaning the humidity sensor isopropanol should be
used. Not suitable is spirit, as spirit contains small tracks
of oil.
Rinse the humidity sensor in isopropanol until no dirt is
visible anymore. Afterwards wash up the humidity sensor
with distilled water.
Do not towel the sensor with a cloth, as the lid electrode
could be damaged.
