LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANT Y
We warrant each new Whisper® 3i In-Tank
Filter (with the exception of rubber parts),
against defects in material or workmanship
for a period of one year from the date of the
original purchase, as follows: We will replace
all non-rubber defective parts without charge
when the complete filter is returned postpai d
to Tetra with a sales slip showing the date of
purchase and $5.00 to defray the cost of
shipping and insurance. Be sure to wrap the
filter carefully for protection in shipment.
This Limited Warranty does not cover product
conditions caused by accident, misuse,
abuse or failure to follow the instructions
accompanying the filter.
Replacement as provided under this warranty
is your exclusive remedy. We shall not be
liable for any incidental or consequential
damages for breach of any expressed or
implied warranty on the product. Any implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose is limited in duration to
the duration of this limited warranty.
Some states do not allow the exclusion on
limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, or allow limitations on how long
an implied warranty lasts, so the above
limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights,
and you may also have other rights, which
vary from state to state.
Garantizamos cada Filtro de Montaje Dentro del
Tanque 3i Whisper® nuevo (con la excepción de las
partes de caucho) contra defectos materiales y
de fabricación por un lapso de un año a partir de
la fecha de compra original, según se indica a
continuación: Reemplazaremos todas las partes
defectuosas, salvo las partes de caucho, sin costo
adicional,cuando se envíe el ltro en su totalidad
porte pagado a Tetra con el comprobante de
venta que indique la fecha de compra y $5.00
