How to fix no audio playback on Teufel CAGE?

If you're not getting any sound from your Teufel Headsets, make sure the 3.5 mm plug cable is properly connected to your devices. Also, check that the volume isn't set too low on your PC, gaming console, and the headset itself. Try increasing the volume on all these devices.
