Assembly instructions: Model 200
With the exception of the handlebar, gas cable and depth rod/transport wheel, your new cultivator comes totally pre
-
assembled. Note that left and right hand sides are seen from the person standing behind the machine.
Depth rod/transport wheel
1. Fit the depth rod/transport wheel on the cultivator
with the split bolt and the hairpin cotter.
Lower handlebar:
1. Fit the left handlebar tube under the motor.
2. Push the clamp throu
gh the handle and
the transmission housing.
3. Fit the right handlebar tube over the screws.
4. Fit the two nuts over the screws.
5. Screw on the nuts without tightening them.
Upper handlebar:
1. Place the handlebar between the two handlebar tube
s.
2. Fit the screws in the holes and screw on the
plastic handles.
3. Now tighten the nuts on the two bottom screws and
tighten the two plastic handles again.
4. Install the gas cable.

assembled.
Depth rod/transport wheel
1. Fit the depth rod/transport wheel on the cultivator
with the split bolt and the hairpin cotter.
Upper ha
ndlebar:
1. Place the handlebar with the plastic rings.
2. Fit the screws in the holes and screw on
the plastic hand wheels.
3. Install the gas cable.
Remember to make sure all bolts are tightened before starting the motor.
