B. (Refer to Figure 17.) Install the 2601553-12 Aft Drain Tube Assembly on the equipment pall et.
C. (Re fer to Figure 14, View H-H.) Install the 13146-06 Low P rofi le Pallet W ire Harness on the
equipment pallet.
D. (Re fer to Fi gure 14, View G-G ), Attac h the Windshield P ump E MI Shield to the equipment p allet with
one M S2 1919WDG20 Cla mp and one MS27039-1-07 Screw at the MS21075L3N Nut plate.
E. (Refer to Figure 14, Vi ew K-K.) To hold the L ev el Sender EM I Shield in the hole that y ou drilled in the
pump 2 mount brac k et , install the MS21919WDG20 Cushio n Clamp with t he MS27039-1-07 Sc rew,
NAS114 9F0332P Wa sh er, and MS2 1042-3 Nut.
F. (Refer to Figure 17.) I nstall one MN6838 El bow Ass embly and 100-013-8810 Seal on each of the
two ends of the 2601553-3 Filter Palle t.
G. Install t he 2601553-3 TKS Filter Pallet on the TKS low profile f airing with s ix M S 35207-258 S crew s
and NAS1149F0316P Washers.
H. Install the 2601553-14 TKS A c c es s ory Pallet on the TK S low profile fairing with six MS35207-258
Screws and N A S1149F0316P Was hers.
I. Put the H610026 Ny lon Tubing in posit ion between the 2601553-3 TKS Filter Pa llet and the
2601553-14 TKS Access ory Pallet.
J. Install the two MN6201 Nuts, MN101-32 S leeves , and 100-013-8810 Seal s on t he one end of the
two pieces of H 610026 Nylon Tubing and conne ct t he two pieces of H610026 Nylon Tubing to t he
2601553-3 TKS Filter Pallet at the two M N6838 Elbow A ssem blies.
K. Use a wire tie to atta ch the H610026 Nylo n Tubin g at the equipment pallet.
L. Install the S 2562-3 (P610099) P r ote ctive Tubing over the H610026 Nylon Tubing a nd install one
MN6201 Nut, MN101-32 Sleeve, and 100-013-8810 S eal on the other end of t he H610026 Ny lon
Tubing and connect the H610026 Nylon Tubing to the 2601553-14 TKS Accessory Pallet at the
MN6217 B ulkhead Unequal Tee.
M. To prevent chafing, us e a S2209-1 Tie Strap to attach the S2562-3 (P610099) Protective Tubing to
the H610026 Nylon Tubing at the 2601 553-14 TKS A c ce ssory Pallet.
N. Install the S 2606-1 Mount on the TKS low profile fairing and attac h the H610026 Nylon Tubing
to t he S 2606-1 Mount with the S2209-1 Tie.
O. (Refer to Figure 14, View G-G.) Connect t he 13146-05 Lo w Profile Tank Wire Harness to the
13146-06 Low Profile Pall et W ire Harness.
10. (Refer to Fig ure 9, V iew A-A.) Install th e low profile TKS f airing as f ollo ws :
A. Put the 2613498-1 Forward Fairing Assembl y , 2613 498-2 Aft Fairing As se mbl y, and 2613466-7
Fairing As se mbl y in position on the belly.
B. Align the 2 613466-7 Fair ing Assembly with t he no se gear fairin g, and center the fairings on the belly.
C. Remove any install ed screws that cause interference with the fairin g flange. You will cover the holes
with the sealant when you fillet seal the f airin gs.
D. Remove the bolts and t he was hers s hown that are installed at the rear edge of the 261349 8-2
Aft Fairing Assemb ly.
E. Match drill 54 0.193-i nc h diam eter holes in the 2613498-1 Forward Fairing A s s embly and the
2613498-2 Aft Fairing A s s embly to align with the nut plate holes on the fuselage.
F. Match drill 16 0. 193-inch diameter holes in the flange of t he 2613498-2 Aft Fairing A s s embly to align
with the nutplates on the flange of the 2613498-1 Fo rwar d Fairing Ass embly.
G. Apply U 554426 Sealant Tape between the fl ange of t he 2613498-1 Forward Fairing Assembly
and the fuselage.
H. Install the 2613498-1 Forward Fairing Assembl y with the 34 AN525-10R8 Screw s.
