remain hot for several minutes after making a temperature measurement.
tDo not exceed the temperature rating of the thermocouple probe. Consult the
manufacturer’s specifications for the selected probe.

tDo not attempt to repair this unit. It contains no user-serviceable parts.
tDo not expose the unit to extremes in temperature or high humidity. Refer to “Specifications.”
