tAvoid contact with the probe until it has cooled. The thermocouple probe may
remain hot for several minutes after making a temperature measurement.
tDo not exceed the temperature rating of the thermocouple probe. Consult the
manufacturer’s specifications for the selected probe.
Failure to observe these precautions may result in injury and can damage the
unit.

tDo not attempt to repair this unit. It contains no user-serviceable parts.
tDo not expose the unit to extremes in temperature or high humidity. Refer to “Specifications.”

tTemperature readings will be inaccurate on objects if emissivity is not adjusted properly.
