Relief valve is
leaking on
disposable tubing
set
 Ensure relief valve is properly installed into valve body. Press relief valve back into
position. If relief valve is absent, replace Disposable Tubing Set.
 Ensure proper valve is chosen: i.e. procedure pressure setting elevated in
Ureteroscopy and “General Urology” valve is installed.
