5.1.2 Installation details
- After having identified a suitable position to install the electric water heater, establish the position of
the two holes for the plastic wall anchors, to be positioned at C/C distance of 98 mm, as shown in
the figure.
- Drill two holes in the wall of the depth and diameter required for the plastic expansion anchors
supplied with the appliance, using a suitable drill bit.
WARNING: When establishing the position of the expansion anchor holes, make sure
you leave clearance of at least 20 cm on the right-hand side of the appliance to facilitate
any necessary maintenance.
- Screw in the self-tapping screws and then suspend the electric water heater from the wall anchors.
CAUTION: Position the water heater on a horizontal surface that can support a weight of
more than 27 kg.
