Why is the water at my ThermoFlow DS 5 U cold?

If the water at the appliance outlet is cold, first check if there's a mains power loss and restore the power supply if needed. Also, inspect the electrical socket for bad contact and replace it if necessary. If these steps don't resolve the issue, it may be due to a faulty temperature limiter or thermostat, an open circuit or damaged appliance, a tripped temperature limiter, a temperature limiter fault, a faulty thermostat, or damaged ON-OFF switch electrical wiring, in which case you should call service for the necessary repair. Finally, if the heating time was insufficient, wait for the water to heat up.
