DURALIS CONNECT - Connectivity
This appliance has a Wi-Fi function which allows it to be actuated or programmed remotely via your
smartphone or tablet.
To activate this function, the following accessories are required:
• A router or internet hub.
• The Cozytouch app, compatible with IOS and Android.
Can be downloaded for free from the relevant app store
iOS version 9.0 minimum Android version 4.1 minimum
Once the app is installed, ensure you have the network name and password of your router or internet hub
and open the Cozytouch app. Follow the instructions step by step to create an account and then pair the
device.
To pair to your device quickly and easily, use the QR code on the HMI.
Once the procedure is completed (as described in the app installation guide), check the inbox of the email
used in the setup to activate your user account. You can then connect to and access all our services.
IMPORTANT: during the pairing process:
Please ensure your smartphone (or tablet) is kept close to your water heater.
Your product will beep several times (this is completely normal).
NOTE: there must be a sucient Wi-Fi signal in the area your product has been installed.
If necessary (where the signal is too weak or unavailable), we recommend the use of a Wi-Fi repeater.
