Why are pellets not dropping into the brazier of my THERMOROSSI POPSTAR 6?
    • T
      Tracy EvansAug 8, 2025
Several issues can cause this. The pellet tank might be empty, so clean the brazier and refill the tank with pellets. A foreign object could be blocking the pellet screw feeder; in this case, cut off the power and remove the obstruction from the tank. Also, the smoke exhaust may be blocked, so inspect and clean it. A long gust of wind may have activated safety mode, so de-energize the appliance and then power it up again. Ensure that the door of the combustion chamber is closed. If the pellet feed motor is not working, it needs to be replaced. If the reset thermostat trips, wait for the appliance to cool down and then reset the thermostat after resolving the overtemperature problem.

What to do if my THERMOROSSI Stove accumulates pellets in the brazier while operating?
    • T
      Tara WalshAug 12, 2025
This issue may arise if the smoke exhaust is obstructed. Clean the brazier and inspect the smoke exhaust for blockages. Alternatively, the brazier itself might be very dirty, requiring cleaning. Also, ensure the combustion chamber door is tightly closed and the gasket is in good condition; replace the gasket if it's worn. Finally, the pellet quality could be poor, leading to excessive ash; in this case, clean the brazier and set the operating program to level 2. If the problem persists, switch to higher quality pellets.

Why is the glass covered in black soot on my THERMOROSSI POPSTAR 6 Stove?
    • R
      Robert SanchezAug 16, 2025
Black soot on the glass can be due to several reasons. The appliance may be accumulating pellets in the brazier; clean the brazier and set the operating program to level 2, and if that doesn't work, switch to better quality pellets. The appliance might be operating with frequent on-off cycles; try to ensure it runs for longer periods. Poor flue outlet draught can also cause this; have it checked and modified if necessary. Finally, poor quality pellets can be the culprit; clean the brazier, set operating program level 2, and if the issue remains, use better quality pellets.

What to do if my THERMOROSSI POPSTAR 6 Stove leaks smoke into the room?
    • H
      Henry StanleyAug 20, 2025
If the appliance is leaking smoke, especially when first switched on, it could be due to the silicone paint drying; run the appliance at high power levels for a few days. Check that the smoke exhaust is correctly sealed, paying attention to the exhaust pipes and gaskets. If the appliance starts smoking after 25 minutes, it might be due to a dirty burner; clean the brazier. Alternatively, a delayed start because the screw feeder was empty can cause this; clean the brazier and fill up the tank with pellets. Also, ensure that all cleaning and maintenance instructions are followed to prevent overpressure relief valve tripping.

What to do if my THERMOROSSI POPSTAR 6 does not start up?
    • G
      Gina WilsonAug 25, 2025
If your stove doesn't start, the spark plug might not be working; clean the brazier and replace the spark plug. The pellet tank or screw feeder could be empty; in this case, clean the brazier and fill up the tank with pellets. Excessive draught in the flue outlet can also prevent startup; have the flue outlet draught checked. Also, the spark plug hole may be clogged with combustion residues; clean the brazier.

Why is my THERMOROSSI POPSTAR 6 not warming up the room?
    • C
      Cory EspinozaAug 29, 2025
If your stove isn't warming up the room, the room temperature thermostat may be set too low, causing intermittent operation; set a higher room temperature and let the appliance run for more hours at a higher power. The room might be too large or have cold walls, requiring the appliance to operate for a longer time and with more power. Poor quality pellets can also affect heating; switch to an approved type. High ceilings or stairs can disperse heat; separate the spaces or run the appliance at higher levels for longer periods.

What to do if my THERMOROSSI POPSTAR 6 enters alarm mode shortly after starting?
    • J
      jbarkerSep 2, 2025
If the appliance enters alarm mode soon after starting, it might be due to a delayed start because the screw feeder is empty; clean the brazier and then fill up the tank with pellets. Alternatively, a greatly delayed start due to a dirty brazier could be the cause; clean the brazier and fill up the tank with pellets.
