How to fix Thermos Grill when burner will not light using ignitor?
    • L
      Leah GarciaAug 7, 2025
If your Thermos Grill burner won't light using the ignitor, several issues could be the cause. The electrode and burner might be wet, so wipe them dry with a cloth. The electrode could be cracked or broken, causing sparks; in this case, replace the electrode. Also, check if the wire is loose or disconnected and reconnect or replace it. The wire might also be shorting (sparking) between the ignitor and electrode, so reconnect or replace the ignitor wire. If none of these solutions work, the ignitor itself might be bad, and you should replace it.

What to do if the burner will not match light on my Thermos 465611003 Grill?
    • K
      Kristen HernandezAug 14, 2025
If the burner on your Thermos Grill won't light with a match, there could be several reasons. First, check your gas source to ensure there is gas flow. There might also be an obstruction of gas flow, so clear the burner. If the valve cap doesn't stay down, replace it with Thermos parts. Finally, check the assembly instructions to ensure the burner is properly engaged to the valve.
