How to fix a Thermos 465630003 ignitor that won't light the burner?

If the burner on your Thermos Grill won't light using the ignitor, the electrode and burner may be wet; wipe them dry with a cloth. The electrode could also be cracked or broken, replace it if it sparks at the crack. Check if the wire is loose or disconnected; reconnect or replace the ignitor wire. The wire could also be shorting (sparking) between the ignitor and electrode; reconnect or replace the ignitor wire. If none of these work, the ignitor may be bad and needs replacing.

What to do if the flames blow out on my Thermos 465630003 Grill?

If the flames on your Thermos Grill are blowing out, it could be due to high or gusting winds, or low LP gas. Try turning the front of the grill to face the wind or increase the flame height. If that doesn't work, refill the LP tank or replace the 1 lb. bottle.

What to do if my Thermos 465630003 burner will not match light?

If your Thermos Grill burner will not match light, there may be no gas flow or an obstruction of gas flow. Check to see if the LP tank is empty and clear the burner. Another cause could be that the regulator/valve cap does not stay down. You may need to replace it with Thermos parts. Also, check the steps in the assembly instructions to ensure proper engagement of burner to valve.

A flashback (fire in the burner tube) in your Thermos Grill indicates that the burner is blocked. Clean the burner to resolve this issue.
