USING THE EMULSIFYING DISC
• Don’t let the appliance run more than 2 min. at a time. Allow the motor
to cool at least 30 min. before the next operation.
• Use for aioli, instant pudding, mayonnaise, whipped cream, whisking
eggs, egg whites, and sponge cake mixtures.
• To whisk egg whites, use room temperature eggs. Ensure the bowl
and emulsifying disc are dry and free from grease.
• Clean the emulsifying disc after each use.
