TROUBLESHOOTING
In case of mini-function, please refer to the following table
Issue Possible causes The solution
Blinking of
all 3 power
indicator
lights.
Rolling bar is wrapped.
Temperature is too high or too

Rolling bar clean-up.
Move the vacuum to the
appropriate temperature.
The
motorized
brush does
not work.
The brush is stuck with hair or
larger debris.
Make sure no hair or other
threads are caught
around the brush and
check the brush area for
large debris.
Shortened
operating
time.
The battery needs to be
replaced. The ambient
temperature is too high or too
low. The battery is not completely
charged.
Contact the store or
service centre to replace
the battery grease at the
user's expense. Your
vacuum cleaner should
only be used in an
appropriate ambient
temperature. The battery
needs to be recharged.
The
vacuum
cleaner
has no
suction
power.
The dust container is full the filter
is clogged the suction inlet of the
brush or other accessory is

Clean the dust bin after
