Product Warranty
This SILIMA
®
silicone product carries a 2-year warranty
against manufacturing faults. Please make a note of the date
of receipt to validate any future claim.
In the unlikely event of any fault occurring please return the
breast form in its original packaging to your hospital or other
supplier who will process the claim on your behalf.
Please note that this warranty does not cover products
that have been incorrectly stored or exposed to damaging
external inuences, e.g., sharp objects, pet’s claws, etc.,
or extend to adhesive pads and strips. We comply with all
statutory requirements and regulations.
Precautions
Follow the advice of the professional who prescribed or
supplied the product. Consult your professional if discomfort
occurs. Store at room temperature, preferably in its
original packaging. For hygiene and performance reasons,
do not re-use the product for another patient. Any serious
incident that occurs in connection with the product must be
reported to the manufacturer and to the competent authority
of the Member State in which the user and/or patient are/is
domiciled.

How to apply the adhesive pad/strips to the breast form:
.
The area around the breast and the pad or strips must be
dry and free of any grease
.
Tear open the foil pouch at the indentation and remove the
pad or strips from the wrapper
.
N.B.: For SILIMA
®
direct pads T64377 only – Remove the
white cover and keep in a safe place. Important: Do not
remove the label with the picture symbol!
.
Fit the pad/strips inside the raised edges, and gently squeeze
for a few seconds to ensure good adhesion
How to apply the adhesive breast form to your body
.
Hold the rounded front of the form in one hand, and remove
the release liner(s) with the other. Please retain and store
liner(s) for future use
.
Press the SILIMA
®
form against your body for a few seconds

Put on and position bra
.
N.B.: In the case of SILIMA
®
direct T66377, it might be helpful
to put on the bra beforehand, slip o the shoulder strap to
provide access, place the form and then reposition the bra
strap
How to remove the adhesive breast form
.
Gently peel o the breast form from either side, never from
the top (2)
.
Store product in its original box, covering the pads/strips
with the release liner provided
Cleansing of the adhesive pad/strip
.
Place the pad/strips on the cleaning board and remove the
cover(s)
.
Dampen thoroughly with luke-warm water (3)
.
Add one to two drops of the SILIMA
®
cleansing lotion to the
adhesive surface. Please only use this cleansing lotion as
adhesion can otherwise not be guaranteed! (4)

Gently clean the pad/strips with the wet SILIMA
®
brush,
provided for this purpose (4)
.
Lightly brush and rinse under running water; continue until
the surface is ‘roughened’
.
Clean the other side as well if required, by turning pad/strips
over on the cleaning board
To dry, place the cleaning board at an angle with the draining
ridge at the bottom, or use a hair dryer on a low setting from
a safe distance of approx. 30 cm/12”.

Contains: 5-15% anionic tensides, 1-5% amphoteric
tensides, cleansing agents, aromatic components, colouring,
preservatives
