CAR SEAT ADAPTER
CAR SEAT INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL
A. Engage the parking brake on the carrier. Insert the
car seat (See Image 1) with the occupant facing
toward the handlebar. The car seat should be angled
according to the car seat manufacturer’s instructions.
B. Buckle the seat strap over the car seat and pull the
strap tight. (See Image 2)
C. Verify that the car seat is securely attached to the
carrier by gently lifting up on the car seat handle.
D. To remove the car seat from the carrier, apply the
parking brake, unbuckle the seat strap, and lift the
car seat up out of the car seat adapter.
WARNING
If the car seat cannot sit at the right angle, the
car seat does not t the adapter and cannot
be used with the Thule Car Seat Adapter.
WARNING
Your child should always be facing you when
using the Thule Car Seat Adapter. Never place
a car seat in the Thule Car Seat Adapter with
the child facing forwards on the carrier.
Never leave the carrier unattended when a
child is in a car seat attached to the carrier.
When using the Thule Car Seat Adapter
always secure the child in the car seat with the
car seats manufacturer’s seatbelt.
