Thestairliftcontainstwobatteriesforthesupplyoftheelectrical
motor,12V(7Ah).Thesebatteriesmayonlybereplacedby
authorisedengineers.Theusermayreplacethebatteriesinthecall
and send stations.
Do not deposit old batteries with household wastes but turn them in
whenyoubuythenewbatteries.Ifthisisnotpossible,consultyour
LocalAuthoritytodeterminetherecommendeddisposal.
Disposing of the stairlift
Stairliftsthatarenolongerinuseareoftentakenbackbyyourdealer
afterconsultation.Ifthisisnotpossible,consultyourLocalAuthority
todeterminethepossibilityofrecyclingthemorotherenvironmentally
friendlywaysofprocessingthematerials.
