7 - TARATURA E MESSA IN SERVIZIO
GENERALITÀ
L'impostazione delle regolazioni e del modo di funzionamento
dei relè finali deve essere effettuata con apparecchio alimentato;
l'indicatore alfanumerico fornisce i necessari messaggi in rela-
zione alle operazioni eseguite mediante i pulsanti. Il display dopo
un minuto d'inattività sulla tastiera visualizza in sequenza i valori
delle variabili misurate. Tutti i valori impostati vengono conservati
permanentemente nella memoria non volatile del microcontrollore.
L'impostazione può essere effettuata:
- con il relè installato sull'impianto, tramite la tastiera frontale
o tramite Personal Computer con il collegamento locale a fibra
ottica oppura a distanza,
- al banco fornendo l'alimentazione ausiliaria di valore ade-
guato.
I pulsanti disponibili sul pannello frontale permettono all'uten-
te di eseguire le seguenti operazioni:
- impostazione delle tarature e del modo di funzionamento del
relè SSG;
- lettura delle informazioni relative alle grandezze d'entrata e
agli interventi eseguiti;
- avvio dei programmi di prova del relè;
- azzeramento dei contascatti;
- ripristino della segnalazione d'intervento.
All'accensione ovvero in condizioni di riposo sono attivi i
pulsanti READ e SET oltre a quelli di TEST e RESET che, avendo
funzioni prioritarie, sono sempre attivi. L'attivazione dei rimanenti
pulsanti non produce alcuna azione. Le funzioni sono ordinate in
senso ciclico, per cui la loro selezione può essere fatta indifferen-
temente tramite i pulsanti
o ; nel caso di modifica dei valori di
taratura, tali pulsanti producono l'aumento o la diminuzione sino
al raggiungimento dei valori limite d'inizio o fondo scala, dopodichè
non producono alcun effetto. Da qualsiasi posizione intermedia è
possibile tornare al menù di partenza digitando READ (visualizza

) oppure SET (visualizza il menù MODE, COMMON).
LETTURA DELLE VARIABILI
Premendo il pulsante READ e, successivamente, i pulsanti
o
è possibile leggere sull'indicatore i valori delle varie grandezze.
Secondo la modalità di lettura prescelta (ved. menù SET, sottomenù
BASE), tutte le correnti risultano espresse in rapporto alla corrente
nominale dei TA oppure in ampere primari; analogamente tutte le
tensioni risultano espresse in rapporto alla tensione nominale dei
TV oppure in volt primari.

oltre 1 min, il relè si porta automaticamente nel menù READ e
7 - SETTING AND COMMISSIONING
GENERAL
The adjustment of the settings and the operation mode of the
final relays must be performed while the unit is electrically
powered; the alphanumeric display shows the necessary
information with reference to the operations carried out through
the keyboard. One minute after the keyboard is not more in use,
the display switches automatically to a sequential indication of the
input variables. All preset values are permanently stored in the
nonvolatile memory of the microcontroller.
The presetting can be performed:
- with the relay installed in the system, through the front
keyboard or the Personal Computer with local fiber optic connection
or remote connection,
- at a test station, by providing an auxiliary power supply at the
correct value.
The keys available on the front panel enable the operator to
perform the following operations:
- adjustment of the settings and the operation mode of the relay
SSG;
- read out of all the information relating to the input quantities
and to the trip operations;
- start-up of the test sequences;
- clear of the trip counters;
- reset of the trip indicator.
At the start-up, i.e. in reset conditions, the READ and SET keys
are active, as well as the TEST and RESET keys which, since they
have priority functions, are always active. The activation of the
remaining keys does not have any effect. The functions are
cyclically sequenced, thus they can be selected using either the
or key; in case of change of setting values, these keys allow
to increase or decrease the value within the limit values of the scale
range; once these limit values have been reached, the relevant key
has no effect. From any intermediate position it is possible to go
back to the initial menu by pressing READ (displays

L1
) or SET
(displays MODE,COMMON menu).
READING OF VARIABLES
By pressing the READ key and successively the keys or the
values of all the quantities can be displayed onto the indicator.
According to the selected reading mode (see SET menu, BASE
sub-menu), all the currents are displayed with reference to the
CT's nominal current or directly as primary ampere; as well all the
voltages are displayed with reference to the VT's nominal voltage
or directly as primary volt.
