Verifica delle funzioni di minima tensione (27)
Durante questa verifica si rilevano:
- la soglia d’intervento;
- il tempo d’intervento;
- il conteggio del numero d'interventi.
La procedura di prova per la verifica della soglia d'intervento
è la seguente:
- applicare inizialmente tre tensioni di valore pari al 110 %
della soglia impostata;
-variare istantaneamente le tre tensioni al 102.5 % della soglia
impostata e osservare che non ci sia intervento della protezione;
-variare istantaneamente una o più delle tre tensioni al 97.5%
della soglia di cui sopra e osservare che ci sia l’intervento della
protezione;
- riportare le tre tensioni sopra il 110 % della soglia e osservare
il ripristino della protezione.
La procedura di prova per la verifica del tempo d'intervento è
la seguente:
- applicare inizialmente tre tensioni di valore pari al 120 %
della soglia impostata;
-variare istantaneamente una o più delle tre tensioni all'80 %
della soglia di cui sopra e rilevare il tempo d'intervento;
- riportare le tre tensioni al 120 % della soglia e rilevare il tempo
di ripristino della protezione.
Verifica della funzione di presenza tensione (59T)
Durante questa verifica si rilevano:
- la soglia d’intervento;
- il tempo d’intervento.
La procedura di prova per la verifica della soglia d'intervento
è la seguente:
- applicare inizialmente tre tensioni di valore pari al 90 % della
soglia impostata;
-variare istantaneamente le tre tensioni al 97.5 % della soglia
impostata e osservare che non ci sia intervento della protezione;
-variare istantaneamente le tre tensioni al 102.5 % della soglia
di cui sopra e osservare che ci sia l’intervento della protezione;
- riportare una qualsiasi delle tre tensioni sotto il 90 % della
soglia e osservare il ripristino della protezione.
La procedura di prova per la verifica del tempo d'intervento è
la seguente:
- applicare inizialmente tre tensioni di valore pari all'80 %
della soglia impostata;
-variare istantaneamente le tre tensioni al 120 % della soglia
di cui sopra e rilevare il tempo d'intervento;
- riportare le tre tensioni all'80 % della soglia e rilevare il tempo
di ripristino della protezione.
Verifica della funzione di blocco
Una verifica realistica della funzione di blocco può essere
compiuta mediante due esemplari di SSG, oppure di un altro relè
della serie S dotato della funzione di blocco.
Una verifica più semplice può essere eseguita utilizzando il
solo esemplare in prova. Occorre in questo caso collegare tra loro
il circuito d'entrata di blocco con il circuito d'uscita di blocco; per
ottenere le opportune condizioni di prova può essere anche
necessario alterare l'assegnazione della funzione di blocco in
entrata o in uscita.

During this check the following are ascertained:
- the trip threshold;
- the trip time;
- the count of the number of trips.
The test procedure for checking the trip threshold is the
following:
- initially apply three voltages with a value corresponding to
110 % of the preset threshold;
- instantaneously vary the three voltages to 102.5 % of the
preset threshold and make sure that no protection trip occurs;
- instantaneously vary one or more voltages to 97.5 % of the
above thershold and make sure that the protection trip occurs;
- raise again the three voltages to 110 % of the preset threshold
and observe the protection reset.
The test procedure for checking the trip time is the following:
- initially apply three voltages with a value corresponding to
120 % of the preset threshold;
- instantaneously vary one or more voltages to 80 % of the above
thershold and determine the operation time;
- raise again the three voltages to 120 % of the threshold and
determine the reset time of the protection.
Checking the live line function (59T)
During this check the following are ascertained:
- the trip threshold;
- the trip time.
The test procedure for checking the trip threshold is the
following:
- initially apply three voltages with a value corresponding to 90
% of the preset threshold;
- instantaneously vary the three voltages to 97.5 % of the preset
threshold and make sure that no protection trip occurs;
- instantaneously vary the three voltages to 102.5 % of the
above thershold and make sure that the protection trip occurs;
- lower again anyone among the three voltages to 90 % of the
preset threshold and observe the protection reset.
The test procedure for checking the trip time is the following:
- initially apply three voltages with a value corresponding to 80
% of the preset threshold;
- instantaneously vary the three voltages to 120 % of the above
thershold and determine the operation time;
- lower again the three voltages to 80 % of the threshold and
determine the reset time.
Checking the blocking function
A thorough test of the blocking function can be carried out by
using two specimens of relay SSG, or with another relay of the S
series, which is provided with the blocking function.
However a simpler test can be carried out by using the unit
under test alone. To this end the input blocking circuit needs to be
connected to the output blocking circuit of thesame relay; to
achieve a suitable test condition, it can be necessary to modify
the assignment of the input and output blocking functions.
