Maintenance and care
7.6 Cleaning the implement
You should clean the weed brush regularly to keep it in good condition.
Remove loose dirt or dust using a soft brush. Wash the plastic surfaces using water and soap.
IMPORTANT:
Chemical or aggressive cleaning agents must not be used under any circumstances. Doing so will
permanently damage the plastic surfaces and paintwork.
Only use readily biodegradable cleaning agents and care products. This will help to protect the en-
vironment and avoid groundwater pollution.
Cleaning the machine using high-pressure cleaners, steam cleaners and similar devices can per-
manently damage components like ball bearings, seals, engine parts and plastic parts, among
others. In addition, this can result in water entering the engine. We therefore recommend keeping
any cleaning device hoses a reasonable distance from at-risk components. The water temperature
must not exceed 50 °C.
Please observe any relevant operating instructions for the engine as well.
