When in trouble
When the rice is not
finely cooked
If something is wrong with rice which is cooked, being cooked, or kept warm, check the
following items.
What you check
The amount of rice,
ingredients, multigrain
or water was wrong.
Used alkaline
water (pH 9 or
more) for cooking.
Used hard water
such as mineral
water for cooking.
Pressed the [Plain], [Synchro-cooking],
[Brown], or [Slow Cook / Steam] key without
canceling Keep Warm after using the cooker.
