Problem
Battery indicator
does not flash when
charging the
Vacuum Cleaner
or battery.
Charging is too slow,
The Vacuum Cleaner
can not be powered
on.
The Vacuum Cleaner
stops working
suddenly.
Working time is too

Possible Reasons
The used adapter is
not the original one.
The adapter is not
plugged into outlet firmly,
No Power at outlet.
The battery pack or
adapter malfunctions.
Battery temperature is

The battery pack is not
attached correctly.
Battery is defect or other
reason,
The battery runs out,
The Cleaner Head gets
stuck.

Different suction level
have different working time.
Solution
Please charge the Vacuum Cleaner with the original
adapter on which there is Tikom logo,
Make sure the charging adapter is plugged properly with
the outlet, and the charging connector is plugged into
the charging port of the battery,
Check outlet or change new outlet.

Normally it takes 4--5 hours to reach a full charge.
The battery temperature depends on the usage
conditions such as the ambient temperatures and
usage times, etc.
If the battery temperature is high after using or
ambient temperatures is high, then it might take longer
to charge it because it automatically waits until battery
reaches temperature suitable for charging,
The Maximum is about 6 hours.
Please charge the Vacuum Cleaner with the original
adapter.
Remove and reattach back the battery pack and make
sure it is attached in place.

3 Red lights will flash in the same time.
Clean foreign objects entangled on the Cleaner
Head as instructed at page 19 to 20.
3 Blue lights will flash, so please help to check and
remove blockage at Extension Wand , Cleaner Head
and Cleaner as instructed at page 21.

After battery is full charged,Battery Level LED
indicator display 3 static blue light on.
Low level could work about 50mins, Medium level
could work about 30mins, High level could work
about 15mins.
Above working time is just for reference, will decrease
after long time usage.
So after considering the difficulty of cleaning
environment and the cleaning time,please choose right
suction level.
