The Vacuum Cleaner contains a removable rechargeable
lithium-ion battery pack which has a limited number of
recharge cycles,
After extended use, the battery pack may no longer hold
a charge and Vacuum Cleaner working time would be
too short.
If this happens, it means the battery pack has reached
the end of its life cycle and needs to be replaced

Please empty Dust Cup as instructed at page 15 to 17
I.Please clean the HEPA Filter as instructed at
page 17 to 19.
2. If HEPA Filter is damaged, please change new
HEPA Filter or contact with our customer service
support.us2@tikom.cc for more HEPA Filter.
Please help to check and remove blockage at extension
wand , Cleaner Head and Cleaner as instructed at
page 21,
I.If the Brush Roll is jammed or entangled by foreign
objects, please help to clean Brush Roll as instructed
at page 19 to 20,
2. If Brush Roll didn't install properly, please remove
Brush Roll and reinstall it into Cleaner Head as
instructed at page 19 to 20.
Please help to clean Cyclone Unit as instructed at
page 17 to 19.
Make sure to put the Back-Flow Prevention Rubber
inside the Dust Cup.
Otherwise Debris could be easily fallen out from
Dust Cup and also when Vacuum Cleaner vacuuming,
Debris couldn't enter Dust Cup.
For detail, please check at page 19.
Please fully charge the Vacuum Cleaner and try again,
Please help to check and remove blockage
at Extension Wand , Cleaner Head and Cleaner as

Please help to check & clean Brush Roll as instructed
