D) BRAKE CALIPER SET-UP
Before proceeding to set-up, familiarize yourself with the manufacturer's brake system spec sheet.
The TIME modules or frames are delivered with specific brake nuts, which should be used in place of the
original brake nuts.
- Front nut length 36 mm (ref: 60005999)
- Rear nut length 30 mm (ref: 60006058)
- Lightly grease nuts before set-up.
- Torque to 9Nm using a torque wrench (fig.10)

Warning: The brake nuts are specific for each module type and should not be used on another product,
and vice versa.
Overtightening will not increase the hold but may instead hinder the strength.
