Keep these instructions and refer to them if necessary.
WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
TIME SPORT INTERNATIONAL guarantees that this product is free from any material and manufacturing
defects.
This warranty only covers the replacement of parts acknowledged as defective by TIME's customer service.
Important: This warranty does not cover TIME products used by professional and non professional cyclists for
sponsorship purposes.
Period: TIME warrants the product throughout its life to the original purchaser against defects in materials or
workmanship.
This warranty only applies to products purchased from a retailer approved by TIME.
Warranty limits: The TIME warranty does not cover the finish varnish, damages or defects resulting from
improper use, unsuitable maintenance, accidents, falls or from the owner's failure to comply with the
recommendations in the user manuals delivered with the product.
Modifications: Any unauthorised work carried out on the product will void the warranty.
Procedure: If you experience any problems with your frameset, please contact your TIME retailer.
They will contact TIME's customer service who will create a return file. The TIME retailer must
then return the module to TIM E' s customer service, complete with the purchase invoice, the
warranty card and a letter explaining the reasons for the return, with a detailed description of the
problem, t he type of use, t he bicycle' s part numbers and mileage.

customer. The costs of return to the retailer are covered by TIM E SPO RT IN TERN A TIO N A L if
the repair falls under the warranty
Recommendations: TIME recommends that users follow the module assembly instructions and instructions for use
carefully. In the event of an impact or fall, the module may be subject to significant stress, the effects of which may
not be immediate and may eventually lead to cracking or breaking of the structure.
