What to do if tissin TS600 hunting on small actuator?
If your Tissin Valve Positioners, when mounted on a small size actuator (capacity less than 180cm3), exhibits hunting, it may be because the pneumatic output of the positioner is too large for the actuator chamber size. To resolve this, remove the O-Ring at OUT1 and OUT2 on the bottom of the pilot valve, and attach the bottom of the orifice included in the package.
How to fix tissin TS600 when valve is fully open?
If the valve is fully open regardless of the input signal in your Tissin Valve Positioners, it might be because the hole of the A / M switch of the pilot valve is blocked by foreign matter, such as dust. To fix this, loosen the stopper screw, separate the A / M switch, and clean the bottom of the hole with a 0.2mm drill or wire. Then, re-fit it as it was originally.
