Q19: My tablet does not connect to my computer via USB. What can
be the problem?
Answer:
It seems that your computer is reading the Tablet as a media device instead of USB mass
storage.
Please follow these steps:
• Make sure the Tablet power is on
• Connect the USB cable to tablet, and the other end into the USB port in your computer/
laptop.
Wait until a notification on the device pops up.
• On the bottom right of your tablet home screen, there will be a line stating that the USB is
connected or not.
• Select ‘USB Storage’ and make sure it is on.
Q20: I have more questions. Who can I call for support and how do I
register my tablet?

Q21: How can I connect my tablet to my big-screen TV.
Answer:
Using a mini-HDMI to standard HDMI cable (not inluded), connect the mini-HDMI connector
to the tablet and the standard HDMI cable connector to a TV Monitor HDMI port. The video
will automatically be displayed on the TV or monitor.
