Rear Shocks
The FireFox 620 is shipped with the rear shocks not attached. It is
necessary to install the shocks in their appropriate positions before
attempting to operate the go-kart. Locate the rear shocks from the
loose parts. Remove the shipping bar from each side of the kart. IM-
PORTANT: The kart frame needs to be properly supported before re-
moving the shipping bars and attempting to install the shocks. Slide
the shock into one of the top housings located on the go-kart frame,
ensuring that the coils are closest to the top housing. Align the pre-
drilled holes in the bracket with the openings in the shock mount.
Slide the bolt through the holes and place the nut on the end of the
bolt and tighten. Repeat this process for the shocks on both sides of
the kart. Do NOT attempt to operate the FireFox 620 without install-
ing both rear shocks in their correct operating positions.
Rear Wheels
Rear Tire Size - 18 x 9.5-8
The rear of the kart needs to be raised in order to install the rear tires.
Be careful not to damage any kart components while raising the rear
of the kart. Remove the nut from the tire hub before attempting to
place the tire on. In order to ensure that the tires are assembled
correctly, place the tire on the hub so that the valve stem faces
outward and the directional arrow rotates towards the front of the go-
kart. To slide the tire on, align the hole in the rim of the tire with the
hole in the rear wheel hubs. Place the nut on the stud and tighten
