using the provided tools. Repeat this process for the rear tires on
both sides of the kart.
IMPORTANT: The air pressure in the rear tires should register
between 18-20 psi.
NOTE: The rear tires for the FireFox 620 are directional tires.
While assembling the go-kart, please ensure that the valve stems are
facing outward and the directional arrow on the sidewall of the tire
rotates towards the front of the kart.
Front Spindles / Tie Rods
Front Tire Size - 19 x 7-8
In order to install the front tires, you will need to raise the front end
of the go-kart. Be careful not to damage any kart components while
raising the front end. Locate the drivers side tire. NOTE: The
spindle is already attached to the tire and needs to be attached to the
go-kart frame. The drivers side tire will have the directional facing
forward and the valve stem facing out while viewed from the drivers
side of the kart. Remove the nut and bolt from the spindle. Align
the pre-drilled holes in the spindle with the pre-drilled holes in the A-
arm housing. The spindle should slide inside the housing. Slide the
bolts down through all pre-drilled holes and place the nut on the bolt.
Torque the bolt according to specifications. Remove the cotter
