WARNING: the posture in suspension can cause a temporary lost of consciousness due to a vertical hanged position called "blackout". The “blackout”
can be vascular, cardiac, neurological, metabolic. To decrease the risk, you must be in good health, not take drugs wich can modify your metabolism
and stay calm during the posture in suspension.
LIMITATIONS
1. The fullbody harness must be the personal property of its user. The user must be medically capable to manage his own safety and emergency
situations, competent, must have had a specific training or must be under the direct responsibility of a competent superior.
2. It should not be used in highly acidic or basic environment.
3. The user must protect his article from all mechanical hazards like sharp edges, tools, exposure to sunlight, or ultraviolet degradation, during usage,
transport and storage.
4. Resistance force of the anchorage system must be upper than 12kN and anchorage point must be placed above the user head.
5. Use dorsal D-ring for fall arrest. Use lateral D-rings for work positioning. In none case they can be used for a fall arrest.
6. Be sure that the total length of the lanyard with or linked at the energy absorber and with the connectors doesn’t exceed 2m.
HOW TO WEAR: follow Step 1 to 5 to wear the harness. Only use harness of suitable size. The two shoulders and the two legs are adjustable to adapt at
the user size. A harness either too loose or too tight will restrict movement and will not provide the optimum level of protection. The size of the harness is
marked on a label attached to it. Always visually inspect the harness before use to ensure that it is in a serviceable condition to operate correctly.
1) Undo all of the “automatic” fasteners before fitting the harness. 4 fastening systems are present (see diagram no.1)
2) Grasp the harness by the dorsal D-ring and allow all of the elements to hang so that you can see each element of the harness.
3) Attach the back belt and adjust it using the fabric straps. When in place, the back belt must cover the small of the back and not move when you carry
out movements.
4) Fasten the leg supports around each of your thighs using the “automatic” fasteners. Then adjust the leg supports using the fabric straps.
5) Fasten the shoulder straps using the 2 “automatic” fasteners at the front of the harness. Each shoulder must be covered by a shoulder strap. Then
adjust the shoulder straps using the fabric straps.
6) None of the fabric straps must be twisted when you have finished assembling the harness. Use the D-ring at the back as point of attachment to fall
arrest systems that is required according to the application. To locate the attachment elements in the harness, check for the separately stitched label
showing the ‘A’ marking near the attachment elements. Do not use any other point as an attachment element for fall arrest. The laterals D-rings must be
used for work positioning and the ventral D-ring for the work positioning lanyard.
In case of any doubt arising about the condition of any component or system, replace it immediately. If the item has already arrested a fall, withdraw it
from service & return it to the manufacturer or to a competent repair centre.
Before use, ensure that there is a minimum clearance of 5ms below the user’s feet, to avoid him hitting the ground in case of fall. Moreover, insure that
there is not obstacle between the user and the ground to avoid collision in case of fall. A rescue plan has to be set up before use, for carrying out a rescue
operation in case of emergency.
It’s really important to regularly check the fastening and the fitting of each element during the use. The lanyard must be adjusted so that the anchorage
point is at the waist level of the user or above. The lanyard must be tight and the free movement limited at 0.6m.
MATERIAL USED: The entire webbing used in this harness is made up of polyester.
WARNING: Be sure that the user information of the harness are compatible with the other components of the safety system as lanyards or connectors.
A harness is the only element wich can be used in a fall arrestor system. It must be used with a fall arrestor system such as energy absorber EN355 or
retractable fall arrestor EN360. Before the first use of the product, the user must do a suspension test in a safety place to ensure that the harness is well
adjusted and that the comfort is sufficient for the considered use.
COMPATIBILITY: To optimise protection, in some instances it may be necessary to use the belt with suitable boots/gloves/helmet/ear defenders. In this
case, before carrying the risk-related activity, consult your supplier to ensure that all your protective products are compatible and suitable for your
application. Also ensure that the product is used by a trained and competent person. A risk can appear during the use of several items of equipment in
which the safety function of one item of equipment is affected by the safety function of another. Please consult the UIS of the energy absorber (if you use
one) to check the minimum clearance advised.
A fall arrest harness is the only equipment which is allowed to use in a fall arrest system and must be used with a fall arrest system such as an energy
absorber conforming to EN355 or EN360. Check adjustment and/or fastener elements during the use. The equipment shouldn’t be use for fall arrest and it
can be necessary to complete the work positioning system with collective (for example safety net) or individual (for example fall arrestor system)
protection equipments against height fall.
Extreme temperatures, allowing lanyards or anchorage lines to lie or roll on cutting ridges, chemicals reactions, electrical conductivity effects, cutting,
abrasive and climatic effects can change the equipment’s performance.
STORAGE AND TRANSPORT: When not in use, store the work position belt in a well-ventilated area away from extremes of temperature. Never place
heavy items on top of it. If possible, avoid excessive folding and preferably store it hanging vertically. If the product is wet, allow it to dry fully before
placing it into storage.
REPAIR: if the product becomes damaged, it will not provide the optimum level of protection, and therefore should be immediately either replaced or
repaired. Never use the damaged product. Repair is permitted, provided that it is either done by the manufacturer or a competent repair centre approved
by the manufacturer.
CLEANING: In case of minor soiling, wipe the work positioning belt with cotton cloth or a soft brush. Do not use any abrasive material. For intense
cleaning wash the harness in water at a temperature between 30°C to 60°C using a neutral detergent (pH = 7). The washing temperature should not
exceed 60°C. Do not use acid or basic detergents. Follow the washing instruction absolutely without any deviations.

LIFETIME: the lifetime of the equipment is maximum 10 years from date of manufacture, but a pre-user check must be done before use, and an
inspection must be carried out by a competent person at least once a year. The lifespan of the product depends essentially of his condition of use.
This product can be used between -10°C and +55°C.
CHECKING CARD: A periodical examination must be realized given that the safety of the user depends of the performance and of the resistance of the
equipment. It’s recommended to realize a periodical examination at least once each twelve months. A periodical examination must be realized by a
competent person and in the strict respect of the way detailed by the supplier. Observations must be written in the box bellow. In the case where some
defects are observed, the equipment must be immediately replaced. The marks must be controlled during the periodical examination. If they are not
legible, the equipment must be removed and replaced. This product must be used in a fall arrest system conforms to the standard EN363:1993 in
combination with a fall arrestor on an anchorage line conforms to the standard EN353-2:2002 or with a energy absorber conforms to the standard
EN354:2002 and EN355:2002 or with a retractable fall arrest system conforms to the standard EN360:2002. The user instructions of each individual
component must be checked too.

der riskanten Tätigkeit stets mit Vorsicht verwendet werden muss. Die CE-Kennzeichnung auf diesem Artikel bestätigt die Einhaltung der wesentlichen
Anforderungen der Europäischen Richtlinie Nr. 89/686/EEC, Anhang II bezüglich der individuellen Schutzausrüstung; eine Zertifizierung gemäß der Norm

1. Das komplette Geschirr mit Hüftgurt ist allein Eigentum des Nutzers.
2. Der Hüftsitzgurt darf nicht in einer stark basischen oder säurehaltigen Umgebung verwendet werden.
3. Der Nutzer ist dafür verantwortlich, sein Produkt sowohl während der Verwendung als auch während des Transports und der Lagerung gegen
mechanische Gefahren wie scharfe Kanten, Werkzeuge, lange Sonneneinstrahlung und UV-Schädigung zu schützen.
4. Die Widerstandskraft der Verankerungsvorrichtung muss mehr als 12 kN betragen und der Verankerungspunkt muss sich über dem Kopf des Nutzers
befinden.
5. Verwenden Sie den D-Ring am Rücken und den mittleren D-Ring am Brustbein zum Auffangen von Stürzen. Die seitlichen D-Ringe sind zur
Arbeitsplatzpositionierung zu verwenden und der D-Ring am Bauch, um das Seil durchzuführen.
6. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Gesamtlänge des Verbindungsseils mit oder in Verbindung mit dem Falldämpfer und den Verbindungelementen 2 m nicht
übersteigt.
GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG: Folgen Sie den nachstehenden 5 Schritten, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie Ihr Geschirr richtig tragen. Die beiden Beingurte sowie
die Träger sind verstellbar, um sich der Größe des Nutzers anzupassen. Ein zu weites oder zu enges Geschirr schränkt die Bewegung ein und bietet keinen
optimalen Schutz. Die Universal-Größe des Geschirrs ist auf dem an das Geschirr angenähten Etikett angegeben. Überprüfen Sie das Geschirr jedes Mal
vor der Verwendung, um sicherzustellen, dass es in gutem Nutzungszustand ist.
1) Vor dem Anlegen des Gurts sind sämtliche « automatischen » Befestigungssysteme zu lösen. Es sind 4 Systeme vorhanden (siehe Schema Nr. 1).
2) Das Gurtsystem am rückseitigen D-Ring hochhalten, damit sich die Gurtbänder ausrichten und in Augenschein genommen werden können.
3) Beckengürtel anlegen und mit Hilfe der Textilgurte einstellen. Der angelegte Beckengürtel muss die Nieren bedecken und eng anliegen, darf die
Bewegungsfreiheit jedoch nicht einschränken.
