Eachcuttingunithas(6)greasettings(Figure22)that
mustbelubricatedregularlywithNo.2GeneralPurpose
LithiumBaseGrease.
Thelubricationpointsarefrontroller(2),rearroller(2)
andreelbearing(2).
Note:Lubricatingcuttingunitsimmediatelyafter
washinghelpspurgewateroutofbearingsand
increasesbearinglife.
1.Wipeeachgreasettingwithacleanrag.
2.Applygreaseuntilcleangreaseisseencomingoutof
rollersealsandbearingreliefvalve.
3.Wipeexcessgreaseaway.

checkedandadjustedasfollows:
1.Loosenreeltobedknifecontactbyturning

counterclockwiseuntilnocontactexists.
