N-m).Tightenlocknutsuntiltheoutsidesteel
washerstopsrotatingandendplayisremovedbut
donotovertightenordeectsideplates.Washers
oninsidemayhaveagap.
3.Tightenspringtensionnutuntilspringiscollapsed,
thenbackoff1/2turn(
