Why my Toro 04021 engine will not start?

If your Toro Lawn Mower engine won't start, it could be due to several reasons: 1. The ON/OFF switch might be in the OFF position or grounded. Ensure the switch is turned to ON, or replace it if necessary. 2. The ignition high tension lead may not be connected. Check and ensure it is properly connected. 3. Loose or damaged electrical wires can also prevent the engine from starting. Inspect the electrical connections and repair any damaged wiring. 4. An improperly adjusted or faulty interlock switch could be the cause. Adjust or replace the interlock switch. 5. A faulty interlock module might be the issue. In this case, replace the interlock module.
