performanceandtopreventpartsfromdegrading.Clean
theblade-brake-clutchshieldwhenyousharpentheblade,
becauseyouneedtoremovethebladeinordertoremove
theblade-brake-clutchshield.
1.Stoptheengineandwaitforallmovingpartstostop.
2.Disconnectthewirefromthesparkplug.
3.Closethefuelvalvebymovingthefuel-valveleverto
theleft(Figure14).
4.Drainthegasolinefromthefueltank.
5.Tipthemachineontoitsrightside(airlterup).
WARNING
Tippingthemachinemaycausethefuelto
leakfromthecarburetororthefueltank.
Gasolineisextremelyammable,highly
explosive,and,undercertainconditions,can
causepersonalinjuryorpropertydamage.
Avoidfuelspillsbyemptyingthefueltankas
directed;neversiphon.
6.Removethe2bladenuts,theaccelerator,andtheblade
(Figure35).
