TheT oroCompanywarrantsthisproductunderave-yearlimitedwarrantytobefreefromdefectsinthematerialorworkmanshiporbothforaperiodnot
exceeding60consecutivemonthsfromthedateoforiginalpurchasebytherstretailconsumerorrstcommercialenduser.Thiswarrantydoesnot
applytotheenginemountedontheproduct."Consumeruse"meanspersonalrecreationalusebyaretailconsumer."Commercialuse"or"commercial
application"meansallotheruses,includinguseforcommercial,incomeproducing,orrentalpurposes.Onceaproducthasexperiencedcommercialuse,
itshallthereafterbeconsideredasacommercialuseproductforthepurposeofthiswarranty.Thiswarrantyappliestotheoriginalownerwhoprovidesa
proofofpurchase.Thiswarrantyisnottransferable.Thewarrantyperiodbeginsonthedateofpurchasebytherstretailconsumerorcommercialend
userandcontinuesforthe60monthconsecutiveperiodthereafter.Anyunitusedinacommercialapplicationiscoveredforaperiodof90daysafter
purchasebytherstcommercialenduser.Forthewarrantytobevalid,theproductmustberegisteredonlinewithin30daysofpurchase,orthewarranty
cardmustbelledoutandreceivedbyTorowithin30daysofpurchase.Toroshallnotbeobligatedfortransportationchargesthatresultfromrepairor
replacementunderthetermsofthiswarranty.Transportationchargesarethesoleresponsibilityofthepurchaser.
Thiswarrantyexcludespartsthatarewornordamagedduetonormalwearsuchasblades,bearings,belts,tines,debrisdeectorchain,wheels,tires,
tri-hammers,j-hammers,chipperknives,seals,bushings,clutches,pulleys,trimmerline,debrisshield,linecutter,grips,shafts,springsandcables.This
warrantyexcludesroutinemaintenanceitemssuchasbatteries,lterelements,O-rings,seals,lubricants,tune-ups,rotatingparts,accessorypartssuch
ashillerfurrowers,edgerkits,dethatcherkits,manualcanister,batterybox,nyloncollectionbag,collectionbagmounts,augers,extensions,shocktops,
nylonpartsbagsandheightadjustmentheads.Thesewarrantiesshallnotcoverdamagecausedbyimproperstorageandmaintenanceincludingbutnot
limitedtouseofunauthorizedparts,failuretoperformperiodicmaintenanceasspeciedinproductmanual,orrepairsperformedatunauthorizedservice
centers.Thesewarrantiesapplyonlytoproductswhichhavenotbeensubjectedtonegligentuse,abuse,misuse,alterationoroverloadwhichincludes
butisnotlimitedtorunningtheproductdry(withoutoil),orbelowminimumoillevels,runningenginewithoutproperfuel(straightgasolineormixed
gas),damagetotowbarcausedbyovercornering,usingtheequipmentforapurposeotherthanthatforwhichitwasdesignedandmanufactured,
continueduseofproductaftersuddenchangeinvibration,usingtheequipmentinviolationoflocalcodes,ordinancesandgoodtradepractices,improper
installation,operatingtheequipmentaboverecommendedmaximumsasstatedintheaccompanyingproductand/orenginemanuals.
ThiswarrantydoesnotcovereventsbeyondthecontrolofT orosuchasaccident,actsofGod,lightning,andvandalism.Thislimitedwarrantyappliesonly
todefectsinthematerialorworkmanship.Thereisnootherexpresswarranty.Impliedwarranties,includingthoseofmerchantabilityandtnessfor
aparticularpurpose,arelimitedtooneyearfrompurchase,ortotheextentpermittedbylaw.Allotherimpliedwarrantiesareexcluded.Liabilityfor
incidentalorconsequentialdamagesareexcludedtotheextentexclusionispermittedbylaw.T orodoesnotassume,anddoesnotauthorizeanyother
persontoassumeforT oro,anyliabilityinconnectionwiththesaleofToroproducts.T obeat"NoCharge,"warrantyworkmustbesentdirectlytoand
performedbyT orooranToroAuthorizedWarrantyServiceFacility.T oobtainwarrantyserviceand/orreplacementinstructions,contacttheToroCustomer
ServiceDepartmentat952-888-8801.IfyouchoosetoshipyourproducttoT oroforwarrantyrepair,youmustrsthavepriorapprovalfromT oroby
callingtheToroCustomerServiceDepartmentforareturnmaterialauthorizationnumber(RMA#).Underthesecircumstances,allitemsmustbeshipped
prepaid.T orowill,initsdiscretion,atnocharge,repairorreplaceanydefectiveparttowhichthiswarrantyapplies.T ororetainstherighttochange
models,specicationsandpricewithoutnotice.ToroshallnotbeobligatedtoshipanyrepairorreplacementproducttoanylocationoutsideoftheUnited
StatesofAmericaorCanada.Somestatesandcountriesdonotallowthelimitationsonhowlonganimpliedwarrantylasts,ortheexclusionorlimitation
ofincidentalorconsequentialdamages,sotheabovelimitationmaynotapplytoyou.Thiswarrantygivesyouspeciclegalrights,andyoumayalso
haveotherrightswhichvaryfromstatetostateandcountrytocountry.
